Orders can be cancelled if the customer requests for cancellation within 4 hours of order-placement or before shipment process gets initiated.
We believe there is a fair chance of you receiving the products not as expected, which may prompt you to opt for Return (Replacement/Refund/Exchange).
In this case, you can raise a return request within 7-days of order delivery.
As per Sowdesi returns policy, the item may be eligible for return only if the product matches any of the below criterias:
- Physically damaged product.
- Parts/accessories missing.
- Different item received.
- Item doesn’t match with the description on product details page.
- Customer has to ensure the product to be returned should be unused/untagged/unwashed.
- Packing should be in the original box/packaging as delivered to you.
- Customer should send the images of damaged/different/defective part of the product to claim returns.
For clarification, customer will be required to confirm his/her decision based on the category of product ordered from below mentioned options:
- Exchange: Exchange can be provided for certain limited categories like: Clothing, Fashion accessories, Footwear etc. and only if there is any size issue with the product received.
- Replace:The product in your order can be replaced with a new identical product in case it is damaged or defective or is not as description on the product page.
Replacement of the product will be released once the return product reaches the seller.
- Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock with the same seller, you may opt for refund.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit cards/Net banking) used to place the order.
- Customers shall provide the active bank account details to get the refund amount in case of Cash on delivery or can go with paper cheque.
- Name of the bank account holder should be same as the name registered in Sowdesi account.
- Please note that, the refund will be initiated once the product is received by Sowdesi/Seller.

Return Pick-up option is available only if your delivery address (pin code) is eligible for return pick-up. Once you select this option, a return label will be generated which will have your return pick-up date.
If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area, you have to choose to return the item yourself. You need to include the required return documentation with your package. You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice.
